I have been outfitting my 02 Wrangler for a number of years now but bad held off on putting on a back tire rack because I couldn’t find what I wanted. Most rigs I found were too expensive or built too cheap or both. And I wasn’t cool buying online and sending someone a bunch of my money not knowing what 1 would get in the mail.

Then I heard of Carnage Off Road, an off-road auto repair and custom fabrication shop located right in my own town of Placerville, CA

Not only did their team provide everything I asked for, but they went beyond the call, and provided features I hadn’t even thought of, (like being able to refuel right off the vehicle.)

Not only does Carnage Off Road provide top notch fabrication, they also provide
certified Jeep automotive repair. 1 took my daughters Cherokee in for a new clutch, and was just as impressed with there automotive service as their fabrication skills.

In addition to my tire rack, 1 also purchased sliders,and trailer modifications, which are of the same high quality.

Please shop these guys so we can keep them in business.

I had spoken to a few other local shops about doing a Dana 60 solid front axle swap on my Ford pickup. None of them seemed terribly interested in doing it. They would tell me they would call me back, then I would never heard from them again.

One day I got an advertisement in the mail from Carnage Offroad. I had never heard of them before, but since I hadn’t had any luck in finding a shop willing to  do the axle swap, I figured what the hell I’ll roll the dice and take a chance with a totally unknown business.  Jacent quickly returned my phone call and I described to him what I wanted to do. Yes, he could do the job, and he gave me a price, which I thought was reasonable. The work was completed quickly and was well done.  I then took the truck out four wheeling out to the middle-of-nowhere in Nevada where the truck drove perfectly. The truck has been back to Carnage for a 35-spline hub conversion, and my Jeep Wrangler has been in to repair a broken spare tire carrier with a fabbed up T-bolt.

Jacient does outstanding work and is very honest and knowlegable. I would not call his prices cheap, but I would call them fair, especially for the high quality of work he does. You can have a job done cheap, or you can have a job done right, but not both.

Carnage Offroad is awesome..most offroad shops are complete ass holes but not Jacent and his crew they are all super friendly whether you need an oil change, or a long arm install or even if you wanna just come up and talk jeeps for awhile this is the place to go.

My 2006 Toyota highlander was in need of routine work, but Carnage was able to diagnose some issues I wasn’t aware of, and told me about them… Instead of the typical “you’ve got to do this and that,” they warned me ahead of time, told me about how long I could safely wait before I had to get the work done, and let me plan my next move.  Then I traded it in and Carnage installed my overload airbags on my new truck.
